About Spectorbrain
My name is Jason Spector and I am Spectorbrain.

I’ve always loved cartoons. Growing up, I would playback tapes of Chuck Jones and Tex Avery in slow motion to understand the frame-by-frame timing and the subtle action changes often missed. I also drew alot, much to the chagrin of my parents and teachers.
Once I realized I could be creative and make money at it, my whole world changed. I learned the necessary software applications and design skills on my own. I went back to school, not for a second degree, but to soak up as much knowledge as humanly possible. I regularly spent time after class with my professors to pick their brains and review my current projects and experiments.
A job soon led to a career, with my own design firm somewhere in the mix. I have worked in small agencies, large corporations and independently in a variety of projects including:
- Web Design
- User Interface Design
- Front-End Development
- Web Application and Portal Design
- Flash Animation and Interactive Development
- E-mail Design, Marketing and Analytics
- Intranets and Extranets
- Concept and Strategy Development
And over nine exciting years later, here I am, a professional designer who wakes up every day absolutely loving what he does.
That’s the long and short of it. If you are so inclined, feel free to contact me at:

Enjoy.
